Advantest R6243 teardown and repare

BTW, anyone has some luck with Cal menu?
I don't have "Cal Switch Set" on mine units. GPIB command XENT also missing, but X? is present, so maybe Cal entering is hidden on earlier firmwares?
Any thoughts?

What error message did it show when faulty? which 3 resistors replaced?

Long time ago, but do you remember, have a picture or can make a picture of which resistors and which OPA627 was changed?

What self-test error did OPA627 resolve?
