Advantest Service Manuals and Service Password?

I have been trying to locate a service manual for the Advantest R3477. Advantest responded to my query "Advantest no longer sells or supports spectrum analyzers. Contact Microlease for service manuals". Microlease told me that they ae forbidden by their contract with Advantest to sell service manuals. That seems like a catch-22. When I relayed the information from Advantest to Microlease they then told me that they do not have the service manual, but would have to get it from Advantest. I am still waiting to hear more.

I have to believe that Advantest did print an English language service manual. But where can one obtain a copy??

 Also, anyone know the service password for the R3477?

But this is maybe interesting:

"Advantest Measuring Instruments repair/calibration support have
transferred to third party company "Three-R Corporation (in Japan)"
since April-2017 so we will reply you on behalf of Advantest."

And of course:

technical information to customers."

So they have the stuff we want.
