Is it possible to upgrade Fluke 1662 to 1664FC?

Hello,
I see all the time ads with upgraded Fluke 1662 to 1664FC, and I am curious is it really possible?
Is the hardware same, is the only difference between them in software?

Hi did you get any answers re: upgrading a fluke 1662 to 1664? As there a guy on ebay UK selling upgraded Fluke units (goes by the name) life is like a box of chocolates.
