[solved] HP 1670e logic analyzer triggering question
« on: March 07, 2022, 12:59:16 am »
Trying to use the "mixed display" feature of my HP 1670e logic analyzer.  What I want to do is correlate  events in the state machine listing to waves displayed by the timing machine.

I can get the two machines to display the data I'm interested  in after the state machine is triggered, but I have no idea how the two machines relate in time to each other. I want the timing machine to trigger at the same time as the state machine. Maybe it does if the timing machine's trigger is unconstrained, but it's unclear to me.

I figured it out. Just discovered the "arming" feature.
