Dick smith Q1803 Oscilloscope
« on: June 04, 2022, 05:35:58 am »
Hi, I have a Dick Smith Q1803 Oscilloscope and when I turn it on there is no green trace on the tube.

Triggering is working but no display. It was working only for a while and know it is blank tube.

The tube lights up on the back and that is about it.

Any help please.

You've checked the intensity is not on minimum? And adjusted the vertical position to make sure the trace hasn't moved beyond the top or bottom of the screen?
Also set the time/div to something that will give a line rather than a moving dot.

I did find this which might offer a few things to try.

Good luck with it.
