Would it be possible for you to share this image?  (If you still have it)
I bought an Agilent 34970A a few months ago with a lot of issues. I fixed most of the issues except the DMM card, which has the same errors as mentioned above. I ordered some chips (FM24C04B-G), but I didn't find a known image.
