Title: Agilent 4338B adjustment program

Hi.  There is an adjustment program for the Agilent/HP 4338B (Milli-ohm meter).  It is used to calibrate the instrument. It has part number Agilent PN 04338-65005.  It is no longer available.  Does anyone have a copy or know where I can get it?  Thanks for any help.

Epic grave digging of an old thread here, but I'm now looking for this software too if anyone has found a copy?

yeah me too, I just purchased a broken unit (not in my hands yet so it may not even need it).
