agilent 8595e lo unlevel error

Dear friends ! Good day !

I need your help.
I buy from ebay agilent 8595E+TG with LO UNLVL on the display (as i found later(.
Keys answer very long time - may be who knows this symptom...

First of all i check all power rails - all good.
Cal out is also good - -20dbm at 300 Mhz
I read service manual and found section how to check this problem - there are two points on a13 board:
bias  - is ok
Lo Sense - instead 2v i have 0V
I broke all my eyes but I can`t find at schematics diagram where should this signal come from

Tell me pls your advice or part of scheme with it

p.s. i have fsh3 + tg and standalone 2,7ghz generator +tek 3054 if you say to measure something

Google "HP 8590 Series Analyzers Service Guide.pdf" and "8590 CLIP 5963-2591.pdf"


From the service manual:

LO UNLVL (U)(H)
Indicates that the analyzer local oscillator distribution amplifier is not
functioning properly. This message may appear on the 8592L, 8593E,
8594E, 8595E, and 8596E with Options 009/010, Option 009, or
Option 010.
