Agilent E4432B Service Manual

Hello!
I just bought an Agilent E4432B signal generator which works basically but has some issues according to the seller.
I will check the basics (PSU, caps...) but I think I will require some service manual with block diagram and schematic (they deliver still their schematics?)

Any chance to obtain it? Where to find the manual for this device?

Thank you, I have checked the site already previously as Agilents document library is the first source of informations.

Unfortunately there is no service manual with all service instructions available.

Given it's an obsolete model, they may provide you with block diagrams and a schematic if you contact them. Worth a shot IMHO anyway...
