I've been looking at the sidebands of my older Drake R4C PTO. I'd like to get the highest peak to rest at the 0 dBm line, it's usually a few dBm below so I have remember that number to calculate the level of the 2nd highest peak. I'm not sure if it's possible but it sure would be much easier to see how much lower the 2nd peak is without arithmetic. I've attached a couple of pics, Thanks for any suggestions. Hank |

It can't rest on 0dBm line unless the peak itself is of 0dBm power. Perhaps you mean the peak to touch the top of the scale? Look for a setting which sets the Reference line level. Many devices allow you to specify the Reference line. Currently your Reference line is set to 0dBm. If you change it to be equal to the peak level, your peak will move so it will touch the top of the scale. |
