Hi all,
Discussed here before, though there's always a quirk or a new software situation or whatnot - I couldn't really find a solution in previous treads, though maybe I missed something.
In a nutshell, I am trying to connect things together as mapped in my subject line. Issues:
- Is there - still - a free version of the VEE environment? If not anyone knows the cost, ballpark? I requested a quote, but am very curious what everyone else has been doing on this.
- I am pretty sure I have a genuine GPIB interface. Upon installing the software, no VEE package was there to be found. Should I expect this on the bundled CD?
- Upon using VEE Pro 9.33, I was able to command the HP 8903B, and everything seemed to connect just fine. Pete's tools were not doing anything though. I guess when I get to that juncture my questions will be better, but is there some secret to making them run under the VEE environment?
