Aglient MSOX4154A repair (NAND corruption issue) ,ask for help

Hi,folks.
My friend has a MSOX4154A.
The scope has a NAND corruption problem.
When I upload nk.nb0 file to RAM,it will stop at about 75.4%.
I get nk.nb0 from 4000XSeries.04.08.2016071801.agx.
I think that maybe I should use an older version firmware.
Does anyone has 4000X V3.X firmware,for example 4000XSeries03.22.2014052101.agx or older?
Can you send it to me?

Won't Keysight repair these, even beyond the warranty in some cases?
The later firmware is supposed to fix the issue.

There certainly was a service note about warranty extension for NAND issue.

Is it that hard to understand "warranty extension"? It means repair is done for free even when scope is out of warranty. I don't know what's exactly in that service note since it's Keysight internal document but there were people who got 3000 and 4000 series scopes with NAND corruption and expired warranty repaired for free. And it was a main board replacement. In any case I suggest contacting Keysight first since chances of repairing it yourself with this issue are very slim.

I've seen the service note for the 2000 and 3000x series models but have never seen one for the 4000x.
NAND corruption is pretty easy to fix on the 2000x and 3000x series but I've never had the chance to try it with the 4000 series.
The error message displayed via serial console is also different then you see with a 2000 or 3000 so this may not be NAND corruption, it more looks like someone erased the flash.

I use 4000X firmware V3.12 to extract nk.nb0 file and to make usb boot file，let the 4154A scope go into infiniivision GUI.
But the scope displays with some bug.

What's the flash chip used?  Can't you replace the one with an unrecorded bad sector, with one guaranteed to have zero bad sectors?  (Since, apparently the problem is early versions of the KS firmware doesn't properly implement bad sector mapping and error correction.)

The issue is that new bad sectors appear, which should not happen normally. If they appear, it means that NAND is problematic. By itself or because there was no proper wear leveling implemented. Newer firmware simply deals with them more gracefully.

There is no need to change flash chip.

And I used 4000X firmware V3.12 to solve the problem successfully.
I extracted nk.nb0 file to upload to RAM,and made a set of files to perform usb boot,the scope displayed infiniivision applicaiton interface.
I reloaded the V3.12 firmware into the scope.
At last,the scope works well.

But the interface had something wrong.
When I reloaded 4000X firmware V3.20 into the scope,it dead.
And I can not use usb boot anymore(with nk.nb0 and usb boot files from V3.12).
In U-boot,it always display:

GMAC DMA status register = 0x0
BALDWIN_DDI: cBaldwinHwIf::Init: Initializing...
BALDWIN_DDI: cBaldwinHwIf::Init: Scope successfully identified.

It stoped at this point.
How can I solve the problem?
What should I do?

When I ues 4.08 (it's ease find in internet ) I can't load it to ram
