TDS3032 firmware request
« on: August 20, 2021, 09:51:16 am »
Does anybody have a copy of the v3.39 firmware for a Tektronix TDS3032 that I can download ?

I want to do the BW hack, but my scope has v1.17 and won't recognise the communication module. I've got v3.41 but that won't work with the hack, so i need something in between.

Ah that's great thanks, I knew someone somewhere would have a copy :)

Floppy discs I got, sorting a working floppy drive is going to be the hard part

Ok So I had a go at this today, discs 1 & 2 loaded ok, disc 3 seemed to load ok but now it's stuck saying insert disc 3, when disc 3 is already inserted. Any idea's ?

**UPDATE**

I sorted this now, the discs I was using were probably around 25yrs old. Somone just lent me 4 brand new discs and it updated first time no problems at all. I guess old discs just don't work too good after a while.

When you say brand new, what do you mean? Just manufactured? But these things are still in manufacturing?
