My QPX7540 was affected by this problem and has been updated since.
The process was painless. I contacted AIM-TTI. Pick-up by UPS, return a couple of weeks later.
The only snag was that UPS missed that this was a return on a repair so they charged me some customs fee. We have Brexit to thank for that I suppose.
Anyways, the supply is back and working again. And supposedly safe :-)
