Good morning, I purchased a Rigol MSO5354 + full option package. I find a noise on the lines of about 2-3 mV in absence of signal, with grounded probes. Rigol Italy answers me that it is normal because it is due to the high resolution. But on none of my oscilloscopes have I ever detected this noise, not on the Tektronix, not on the LeCroy, not even on an old Rigol DS1100E.

Has anyone had similar problems? I believe it may be due to a problem on the power supplies.
