An interesting multimeter design: KYORITSU KEW MATE 2012R
« on: March 15, 2013, 06:47:17 am »
I have been looking at this multimeter a few times when browsing some online stores and it keeps getting my attention. It seems to be a great meter for general electrical and solar power installations. Does anyone have any experience with KYORITSU?

Interesting open jaw current probe design.

Curious about it's capability to reject spurious external magnetic field, cause even the ordinary closed loop jaw at "DC" current is still challenging.
