There seem to be a few variations of the Rigol 1000Z ARB generator out there, but the new Agilent 33600 seems to be a higher-end version of this same basic design as well. A Rigol rep told me they were doing a few entry models for Agilent (my interpretation of this was the same Chinese company was producing multiple variations), so with this in-mind, I had to wonder upon seeing the You-Tube videos on the 33600. I found the Waveform Builder and Benchlink "limited-time" software offers Agilent is offering to be the most appealing aspect of this kit. Thoughts?

This wouldn't be entirely surprising as Rigol has made some lower end stuff in the past. From what I remember the Rigol DS1204B is very similar to the Agilent DSO1000 series (which were/are made by Rigol).
