GW Instek GDM-8135 Service Manual Needed

I recently bought a used GDM-8135 on EBAY. It only reads voltages on the 2 lowest ranges.Resistance is ok. Does anyone have a PDF of the service maunal. There are no schematics in the owner's manual. Nothing obvious or burned upon inspection. Any help is much appreciated!
