I have a HP54602A 150MHz DSO (not the B) where U75 has gone flat. Would some kind soul please give me a binary or hex dump of U75 the DS1220AB (can be read as a DS1225 with a MiniPRO programmer. If this part goes flat the scope is toast.
Thanks!
Sam
P.S. These parts can be replaced with M48Z18-100PC1 available from Mouser. And will extend the life of the scope another 20 years. You have to desolder the part from the board and replace it with a 28 pin socket. If you have one of the 54600 series scopes it is a great idea to take the part off the board and make a backup of the data before it is too late. Unfortunately I forgot that I had this scope and when I powered it up it was brain dead! All FF's in U75! I hate these lithium backed SRAMS! So I am now backing up my HP54645D's ASAP!
