I have an AOIP PN 5207 thermometer with GPIB, but no manual, so I'm not having much success with the communication. Until now, I have had to use a multimeter and measure the thermometer's DC output in order to monitor temperature with the PN 5207 :( Does anyone of you have a manual with programming details, or perhaps you have experience with communicating with the PN 5207?

No straightforward answer, the information on AOIP equipment is scarce.
However, if you spend some time reading you may find help in the following links:

I believe it will have very similar hardware to your thermometer, the manual lists the same GPIB supported functions as noted near the GPIB connector on the PN5207.

A little programming for similar vintage AOIP DMM's whatever the language is...

Good luck...

Great input! I will try to see if there's any similarity the next time it's not in use.
Thanks to your documentation I can see that there are at least the same ICs in the GPIB section of the MN5127 and the PN5207: TM9914ANL, SN75161AN and SN75160AN.
