Service Manual for Philips/Fluke PM5139 ?

I've got an old Philips function generator PM5139.

It needs some adjustments. Unfortunately I was not able to find the PM5139 Service Manual (NOT for the PM5193 !)

I would be really grateful if someone could provide this service manual.

I used to have a PM5139 that was broken and I looked for the service manual and could not find it. I think there is no service manual available in the open.

However, the PM5139 was not too difficult to repair without service manual.

From the users manual, the service manual is 4822 872 15206
Google brings up zip.  :(
