Anyone know if the DS1054Z is still being sold for $350 anywhere/if there's a good alternative for the price?

I don't see the DS1054Z for that price at the moment - looks like it's $419 - discount = $394.
You can get the GW Instek GDS-1054B from Tequipment for $351 after discount, and it's arguably a better scope than the Rigol. You will have to negotiate to get free shipping.
Of course you don't have your country flag set |O, I assumed you are in the US.

For the OP: Instek announced a while ago (https://www.gwinstek.com/en-global/products/detail/GDS-1000B):
GW Instek, for the time being, will not provide LAN interface for GDS-1000B 4CH products as of today because of the impact of the global chip shortage. The disclosed information of the existing products with standard LAN interface is void.
So if LAN connectivity is important (or potentially important), double check with Tequipment if the units they have on stock are with or without LAN.
