I have a problem with my Array 3720A electronic load. When I measure, without anything connected to the inputs of the load, between the mains ground (i.e. shield of Trigger Input BNC-Connector) and minus input of the load, I measure a voltage of 8.9 volts AC with an offset of 10.2 volts DC. If I connect a power supply with a grounded minus, or only a wire between mains ground and minus input, a huge current (> 8 Amps) will flow and the mains fuse of the load will blow!
I this a bug or an "normal" behavior of this load. The load will work normally if the inputs are not grounded.

Have you tried contacting their customer service? I have had great results with Array customer service.

I don't remember the exact email address but it was Scott Zhang who helped me out. He sent me some parts to repair my array PSU free-of-charge. Mind you, these were from abuse by a previous person, not the fault of Array. Someone had broken off the banana plugs and he sent some replacements to me.
