HP E4400 Series Spectrum analyzers - Any hackers?

Has anyone worked with the HP E Series (Like the E4401B) in terms of enabling personality options? I believe these are out of support and considered obsolete.

I am looking for same  - may be somebody did hack of this ESA E44xxb analyzers?
