Title: ATTEN ADS1062cal to Siglent 100 or 150 Mhz
Post by: croma641 on November 25, 2015, 05:45:59 am
Hi,

my Atten ADS1062CAL hacked to Siglent 1102CNL firmware (last version, July 2015) works like a charm  ... but..  the scope is still at 60 Mhz, not 100.

You can check it, considering that the 100 Mhz model has a Time/DIV to 2,5 ns and the ADS1062CAL hacked has only the 5 nS option.

Any hints to "transform" to the 100 or 150 Mhz  version ? ***

Thanks in advance - Andrea -

AFAIK nobody has taken the time to hack the Atten or Siglents.
A FW change as you have done is quite common and some even use the LeCroy FW.
The CAL (Atten) or CNL (Siglent) have been upgraded to the 2M memory depth models (CML Siglent) and there is a thread here somewhere explaining this.

Good luck with your BW hack, please post your results.
