I didn't get in the beta because I was outside of US. But I have ordered and received it.

My first measurement was to compare noise of TL072 and NE5532 using fixed gain of 7. The brief summary is that I can indeed distinguish the noise between these two opamps using this instrument. Distortion measurements seem reasonable too so far.

Why BNC connectors for something designed to measure audio?

It depends mostly on wheter you measure single ended or differential audio. Consumer things is all single end. The guys on diyaudio are making differential amp for QA400.
