Bandwidth is set by hardware. There is no way to upgrade bandwidth by software.

I was able to change it to 2024B and it passed the SPC. The 2ns timebase is now present. Now the issue is that I have to get a signal gen that's capable of producing 200 MHz to verify if it really works.
The commands I used were:
:PASSWORD INTEKRITY
:SETMODELID 6
