Basic USB-C Load (sink)
«

Looking for the most basic USB-C sink, similar to these, but even more basic
http://avhzy.com
or
https://www.amazon.com/DROK-Electronic-Adjustable-Intelligent-Temperature/dp/B07FL3PS57
just need something that presents itself as a sink (over PD) and applies a load
controllable over gpio/uart/usb
preferably open source (schematic)

Do you already have a general purpose programmable DC load? If not, it is worth getting one, or even building one.
Then you just need a USB C PD decoy trigger module that suits your voltage/power rating.
