How to "un-roll" firmware back to previous version?

I could not reproduce this problem, which fw version are you using? The last one is 3.50.0 (181203.0)

Strange, my version  3.50.0 (180305.0)

The latest, pack: dso4kc_func_hantek_dso_dso4072c_20180305.0.up
It's still available at official hosting.

To close this thread, I've got an answer from tech support Hantek.
There is a "factory default reset" feature, that nulls out all updates/ upgrades of the software, build-in the DSO40XX / DSO50XX software.
