TDS520A NVRAM Backup

I recently found out that my two NVRAM chips on my TDS520A oscilloscope are corrupt.  Does anyone have image files for these devices that they can send to me or point me to a lace where I can find them.

Got it Thanks.  I am still looking for the Timekeeper image file so if anyone has and image file for the DS1486 for the TDS520A  I would greatly appreciate it.
