Title: Best Spectrum Analyzer for 15k USD

Hi everyone,
Can you suggest me a spectrum analyzer for 15k USD?
Features like remote connection etc. which are not about performance is not important for me. Also, brand is not important.
I am trying to find a device which has best performance characteristics.
Hackable instruments are more than welcome for best price/performance.

 A budget is good but just asking for the most expensive instrument that fits within the budget may not be the best approach? Maybe you could save some money or maybe it is better to buy multiple instruments all depending on your requirements. Maybe the budget is too small. Please let us know more about what you intend to do with your investment. You will get much better advice that way.
