Title: BK Precision 1743B ?? Good Price used

Hey all. 

What should I expect to pay for a BK Precision 1743B mint used condition with manual?   One here locally.  Also, other than putting a meter on it and testing voltages, is there a good way to "test" a used PSU?

Do the voltage and current limit controls operate smoothly and within expected range?
You might put a scope or AC voltmeter on the outputs under some load and verify ripple is within specs.
