Is the DC capacitor offset/Bias input of the Instek worth $1000usd. more than BK ?
is the variable frequency worth $1000usd. more ?

someone here has them?

The B&K can only measure at 6 discrete frequencies and 3 voltage levels.

The Instek can measure at 504 frequencies from 12 Hz to 200 kHz and at any voltage between 5 mV to 1.275 volts with 5 mV steps.  This is very much nicer than the B&K.

However, I saw a new Chinese LCR meter made by Applent:

It can measure at any frequency between 50 Hz and 200 kHz with 1 millihertz resolution!!!  It can set the excitation level to anything between 10 mV and 2 volts with 10 mV steps.  And, it's available on eBay:
