I have a BK Precision 8540 DC load and the front panel controls don't seem to be working.
The front dial doesn't change any values and most of the buttons don't seem to work.
I haven't dove too deep into it yet, but have measured 5v on the front panel and looked for the obvious issues such as broken wires, connectors, and solder joints.
Has anyone seen such an issue and been able to fix it?

Thanks for the reply. This somewhat got diverted to another message. Initially I posted this message, but then had a question about trying to obtain a datasheet for one of the chips, so I began a thread on that, however, it developed into somewhat of a repair.
I hope this isn't an issue as I was hoping to continue this thread as it's a 'repair' forum along with my original message.
