BK2190E Oscilloscope Stay in the on screen.

BK D model has 40kPts mem depth which makes it equivalent to older CNL models (without LAN) for which there is no recent firmware.

Repeatedly pushing the MATH button during power-up worked for me (after a few tries).

I also have this issue with my 2190E. The Math button method didn't work for me. I have also tried several different USB drives ranging from 512MB - 8GB, but the USB port doesn't appear to have power. Tautech, if you have any other tricks up your sleeve, I'd appreciate the help.

Good day! I turned on my 2190E for the first time in around 6 months and found it hung on the boot screen like others noted. I used the flash drive method with the recovery files, and now it moves past the boot screen, but none of the buttons or dials are working, nor will it display any activity on channels 1 or 2.
Strangely, it does recognize when a USB device is removed or inserted; it makes a sound and the notification appears on the screen.
Any ideas on what could work? I’ve tried the Math button approach, and a few different flash drives formatted to FAT32 with 4k clusters, ranging from 1GB to 2GB in size.
