I used the flash drive method with the recovery files, and now it moves past the boot screen, but none of the buttons or dials are working, nor will it display any activity on channels 1 or 2.

Strangely, it does recognize when a USB device is removed or inserted; it makes a sound and the notification appears on the screen.

Any ideas on what could work? I’ve tried the Math button approach, and a few different flash drives formatted to FAT32 with 4k clusters, ranging from 1GB to 2GB in size.

Welcome to the forum.

Exactly what flash drive method and from where/whom ?

Hi Tautech,

On one of the posts was a link to the .zip file entitled “2190E_recovery_by_USB_driver”; I downloaded this and followed the pdf’s instructions included in the .zip file, and further followed your suggestions in the comments (on trying different USB drives 8GB or under).

Thank you!
Brian
