Hi guys, I need some suggestion on which BNC to Kelvin Clip leads is best for the price range within 500 USD and frequency rage 1kHz till 10 MHz

What are you connecting them to?

The TongHui Kelvin leads are excellent if the spacing will work with your meter. Careful not to get a counterfeit though. OTOH, other legit companies rebrand the TongHui stuff and charge more for it.
