power FINSRI 1014D

HI , and good year !

Hello everyone I make a mistake when i put  12v power DC  on finsri 1014d :
Because i don't have US adaptator , then i use 5v DC but nothing !!!
With 12v  ok ,but after some tests  , lights freeze and commands  inopérante  ....
I found Chip HS (burns )  :  TS 61041   (U15)  TEXAS INSTRUMENT ?
I want  to change bus this is CMS 6 broche . I find only 5 broches ...
Does anyone  can tell me where i  find this ?

According to the datasheet you can probably also use the TPS61040. Has a higher internal switch current limit, so not sure if that will be a problem.
