Owon MSO7102 freezes

We have rebranded  version of Owon MSO7102 (Aktakom ADS-2182). Last time it used in  logic analyzer mode. After shutdown and turn on next time it freezes. Oscilloscope boot as usual, open INFO screen and no reactions of keyboard. Used PC software by OWON for remote control - we see screen from oscilloscope and  can't do anything. Firmware for this oscillator not available. May be it has hard reset mode? Any resolve for this situation? Video of turn on oscilloscope - https://yadi.sk/i/B3Fx3YekzncnIQ

My very first DSO was an Owon SDS7102 and after less than a month of usages, it showed the same issue.
