Hameg HM407 oscilloscope display problem

My hameg HM407 analog-digital oscilloscope is having a display problem on the screen. All display is shifted 3mm down. I have searched the service diagrams, and can't find the trimmer that will allow me to correct this problem. Can someone help me or guide me?

It could be a trick of the camera or lighting, but is that the top of the tube that I can see? Looks like the tube has physically moved down.

no, no trick... the tube is fine, fixed and aligned. the problem is the whole frame display is now shown deviated a few millimeters downwards.
