Agilent U3606A software bug?

 Hello, i have U3606A with strange message after power ON - UPGr2, which remains until the power is turned off, so, could anyone tell me if the Sb - (Source board) version is normal to show 00.00? I guess this is a bug in the software of the microcontroller of the Power Source board uPD78F0545. All power supplies are checked, and are correct, the communication between the PS board and the measuring board is also OK, the self test passed without errors, if power of Sb is removed, or communication between Sb and main board is cut, all measurement functions work fine.

Looks like you are in a special menu

Try pressing Shift then Exit to exit the menu

Thanks for your replay, but this combination do nothing, UPGr2 can't be removed , except "Shift + Utility" where instrument  can display Utility Menu, the viewing and changing of parameters also is possible, after it, exit from Utiliy Menu is impossible.
