I was just wondering that if I can buy products directly from manufacturers i.e. Tektronix, Rigol, Keysight etc. And if I can then how?
Are there any alternatives of buying directly from the manufacturers? Any of you guys have a favorite reseller? Because I sometimes can't find some of their equipment anywhere else.

Find your nearest office and phone them.
You're unlikely to get it cheaper though and for single units they'll probably just point you to an official dealer.

I'm not looking for cheaper alternatives... I want it because there are some models which are adequate for my applications are not available easily.

OK, give them a call.

If you are purchasing, the major manufacturers are willing to listen. Also most resellers have the ability to order custom or different stock from the manufacturer, even when they may not list it on their website. If the gear or the options aren't listed, it's just going to take some calling/emailing/showing up.

The simplest way is to ask for a quotation through the website. This will be forwarded to a local dealer/factory representative.

He may as well use their inbuilt authorized dealer lists, or contact customer service if neither that nor a list is available. I say this only because many manufacturers will have a quote solicitation tool but they’ll kindly tell you to get lost/link you to their webstore etc if you’re not buying in volume
I am kind of curious for the models OP is speaking of or some examples at least, and whether you mean models still in production or not. If they are, I’ve got to believe we can source them for you online with relative ease & without having to go directly to the Mfr. and lose any real chance of saving a few dollars. Though I understand that’s inconsequential to you at this point.

For Tektronix/Keithley, you can request a quote from the website or use the contact page for your region to get one of our direct sales people. They'll usually take your information and send you to a distributor with stock but you can buy direct for most products/regions if you really want to, typically with longer shipping times than a distributor.
