tektronix 466 / Dm44

Guys just got my hands on Tektronix 466 / dm44 oscilloscope. But I haven't got any idea bout which type of probe should be used for DM 44 please advice for the probes for Dm44. I am also planning to buy P6100 probes for the scope. Please advice me if I am going wrong anywhere. and please help me out with the probes for DM44

There's nothing special about the probes for the DM meters. Use any probes that you want.

It's really not that great a dmm, but it is integrated nicely with the delay sweep measurment.  Other than verifying that it works, I've never used the DM40 on my 465 to measure anything other than delay time.  I do like the look of those scopes though.

If you're talking about the temperature probe, you'll have to check the Tek documentation to see if it says anything.  My manual says it's only good for +/-2 C.

For the scope, the cheap Chinese ones work OK.  If you look around a bit, you can find probes that have the resistor Ident pin and the correct scale light will illuminate behind the knob when you use the x10 probe.

You can also find original Tek probes, but they're getting a bit old and it's getting a little chancy if the used ones are good.
