I finally got the 5303A manual!   :)

It was Dave from Artek Manuals who unearthed it, and scanned it for me.
Perfect scan quality by the way! With perfect readable schematics, recreated original page numbering, with matching handy index.

And here is the part of the schematic we were looking for:

Looks familiar by now.....

I found that I am using this little counter more often than I thought I would.
It is handy for a quick look on frequency, and often high resolution is not needed (or even wanted)

For example, yesterday I was using a generator with a slow sweep, and the 5303A was handy to follow  the actual sweep frequency.
The low resolution made it easy to follow the sweep frequency, which wasn't the case on it's more digits producing, reciprocal counting colleges.... (even after blanking some digits)

Regards, Gertjan.

Some how or another I picked up a 5302A and a 5305B and both a 5300 a & b top ends in working order. I love the dot display on the A the most  8)
Coffee, Food, R/C and electronics nerd in no particular order. Also CNC wannabe, 3D printer and Laser Cutter Junkie and just don't mention my TEA addiction....
