Cheap Power RF Amplifier 2-6Ghz for pre-compliance testing

Is there any bang-for-the-buck brand with an power RF amplifier that can handle 2-6Ghz (or 3-6Ghz)?

We already have gear to handle up to 3Ghz but now with updated standards we need to reach 6Ghz.

However the field strength required is only 3V/m. So if it manage 10-15V/m we av golden.

Any suggestions?
