Title: Cheapest way to test 5G Cell Output Power

Hi,
 I have alot of friends who are not in the electronics world who are often telling me all the problems with 5G and how dangerous it is. I don't currently have any equipment that can measure power levels in the 26 to 29 Ghz range. I was curious if anyone is familiar with any low cost equipment that I can show my friends what the output of the transmitters is so that we can have a more productive discussion on the topic rather than what some expert on the internet is claiming. I am not saying they are wrong, just agnostic on the subject until I have some data.

As with 2G, 3G and 4G isn't the power ouput of the phone more relevant? Much shorter distance.
