Title: Chroma 6106 Ac source
Post by: artag on September 15, 2014, 10:33:24 am
I'm looking for user & programming informatipon for a Chroma 6106 AC source (or the related 6110, 6120).

I've found an NI driver and may be able to guess some commands from the contents of that, but I don't have the NI suite (or an NI GPIB adapter) so can't run it properly.

Ask Chroma?

I had no trouble getting all the user manuals and other information I wanted while I was fishing for quotes to get an idea of the cost of setting up a proper power supply testing lab.

I had LabView examples and something similar for 61504, if it's compatible, i can check later.

I did ask Chroma, but got no reply. Previous comments here seem to indicate they don't like to give out much.

I know it is a very old thread, but did you end up getting the manual? I sent Chroma an e-mail asking for a copy of the user manual for a 6512 AC source and got an e-mail a few days later from the Australian distributor with the manual. It gives me a local point to get parts from if ever I need them too.

If you didn't have any luck, I can send a copy of the 6512 manual, the commands might be similar

It's an old topic, but I have the same problem.
Did someone has the manual for the Chroma 6106 AC source? I asked Chroma (they where really responsive and friendly) but they didn't find it either. They only send me the manual for a complete test system that didn't help.

Best regards
