Clampmeter brymen bm037 vs brymen bm078
« on: December 18, 2023, 11:03:57 am »
Hi,

I have to decide between the two brymen bm037 vs brymen bm078. I mainly need it at first instace for checking phases on a home installation but might be handy as well later for 24V switchboards, general electronic tests.
So far I only used regular DMM to measure current

The 37 seems newer, has 5ms inrush detection. Tbh I dont fully understand the datasheet's descriptions of those two.
Are there are any fundamental differences between those two? I prefere a bit more the 37 as it's smaller. Unfortunatly it's lacking an averaging mode, has only min and max function

Thanks
