TENMA 72-3540 vs Uni-T 181A

Does anyone know if there are any differences between these two meters? They look identical so I imagine the Tenma is a rebrand if the Uni-T.

I'd like the Uni-T but it doesn't seem to be readily available in the UK, but I can get the Tenma from Farnell.
