I'd agree with that assessment.  Tequipment is one of the best companies around, in my book.  They do a very professional job.

This is my experience as well, tequipment has been awesome with me, and I am picky.  They always have the best price, an eevblog discount, and you can chat with them easily on their website, and they take care of whatever I need.  They are excellent.

I see firmware updates as my job and not theirs, in the case of Rigol a quick email off to Jason @ Rigol always gets me what I need.
